Who we are

GoTeams operates modern, scalable tech teams for high-growth digital products. Based in Berlin, Germany and Noida India, our >100 specialists in Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI and Data Analytics, support startups, corporates and private equity backed organisations in delivering exceptional digital products. GoTeams determines the exact requirements, hires the necessary developers full-time through its local entitites and operates the team for the respective partner on a long-term basis.

How it started

The roots of GoTeams go back to 2015 when the brothers Nico (left) and Sascha Weiler (right) together with Shishir Goel (center) were looking for a scalable way to power tech and product for their own entrepreneurial endeavours. What they realized: the most pressing bottleneck for digital businesses is not the lack of ideas, sales or online marketing, but the lack of substantial tech capabilities. That’s why they built a tech powerhouse in India - first to empower their own ventures, and later to help third-parties to grow theirs. Today, it’s the backbone of great companies and products that has grown to a home for excellent engineers.

GoTeams is part of GoGroup, a Berlin, Germany based platform for bringing ambitious digital ideas to life across industries and growing them sustainably.
