Where We Help You Win
01
We identify and launch add-on products or new digital services that open up fresh revenue - without disrupting the core business.
02
From automating repetitive workflows to decision support tools, we build and implement AI solutions that cut costs and improve performance - often within weeks.
03
You’ve already scoped the opportunity, but internal execution is slow or unclear. We come in as a focused taskforce to get it built, tested, and live.
04
We help you launch a new offering or growth lever inside a portfolio company in the 12–24 months before exit - showing buyers a stronger story and unlocking multiples expansion.
05
You’re not looking to exit - but to modernize, create new engines of growth, and secure long-term resilience. We help you build what your business needs to thrive for the next decade.
06
Some ideas are too disruptive to build in the current structure. We help you test and launch them separately - with their own setup, team, and governance - but always connected to your strategic goals.
Helloparts
When your car goes into a workshop after an accident, three parties have to agree before anything gets fixed. The insurer decides on the claim and where it goes. The workshop needs the right part, fast, at a price that works. The distributor needs to know what's in stock and what to charge. For decades that meant many phone calls, letters, emails, faxes, and a lot of waiting. helloparts replaced all this. Insurers steer claims through it's platform. Workshops order parts with one click. Distributors can run their inventory and pricing on it. AI makes the whole process even faster. Matching, ordering and routing that took days now happens while the car is still on the ramp. Today helloparts is involved in the majority of automotive aftermarket orders in Germany. Nobody outside the industry knows the name, because it never appears on the invoice. That is what a Hidden Champion looks like. It was started by Nico, one of GoGroup's founding partners, together with Stephan Otto, who had spent 25 years in the automotive sector prior to starting helloparts. Stephan knew which phone calls needed to stop happening. Nico knew how to build the thing that would stop them.
Eduneon
Germany has invested billions in digital education. But between the money being approved and a device reaching a classroom, there is a municipal administration trying to coordinate schools, IT teams, budgets, procurement rules, suppliers, and years of spreadsheets. For many towns and cities, that work is still held together by emails, Word documents, and the institutional knowledge of a few people. Eduneon turns that patchwork into one system. Its platform lets local authorities plan, procure, and manage digital equipment and infrastructure across their schools based on actual need and shared data. What used to be a sequence of disconnected projects becomes a process that can be steered: what does each school need, what is already there, what will it cost, and what happens next? Eduneon started with schools because that is where the gap was most visible. Today, the same infrastructure helps public administrations manage procurement and planning across kindergartens, town halls, and other municipal institutions. More than software for buying equipment, it gives public-sector teams the clarity to make limited budgets go further. German municipalities do not need another dashboard. They need tools that understand how administration actually works. Eduneon is building them.
