helloparts is rewriting the playbook for how repair shops and insurers order car parts. By leveraging the highest data quality and sophisticated AI algorithms, we predict the ideal car parts for every specific vehicle, optimizing operations for both workshops and insurance companies. Using HelloParts, return rates have dropped from 20% to under 5%.

Approach.

Together with the founders, we’ve built a powerful team over the past four years. After initially developing the product vision and roadmap, we started with a small team of three people and gradually scaled it up. Partnering with Europe’s biggest car insurer HUK-Coburg led to fast product iterations and a steep growth trajectory.
