In the highly regulated hydrogen market, the goal was to identify the most impactful innovation opportunities through a fast, structured discovery process. Wien Energie was facing a new regulatory obligation to certify green hydrogen - a complex task requiring the capture and validation of numerous data points. The key challenge was to develop a solution that met strict certification standards while remaining operationally efficient. Our focus was to align certification authority requirements, internal processes, and technical feasibility into one cohesive system.
