Challenge.
RailSync had already invested in an agency-built product that was non-functional and couldn't go live. We conducted a technical due diligence to determine what could be salvaged and what had to be rebuilt. The domain itself added complexity: cargo planning, train scheduling, lane management, and servicing logistics left no room for shortcuts.
Approach.
We made deliberate architectural decisions - keeping only what was sound and rebuilding the rest on a scalable foundation. Simultaneously, we recruited and structured a dedicated product and tech team capable of owning the platform long-term. The result was a fully functioning rail hub management system, continuously expanded into land and sea terminals.
