Challenge.
In recent years, the global adoption of cloud-based communication call centers by businesses has surged, a trend further accelerated by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing this transformative shift, GoGroup partnered with the founders of C20Y to build a new team from the ground up, developing and implementing tailored white label solutions looking to harness the potential of cloud call centers. In a second iterations cycle we found out that teams still face challenges integrating with tools and managing configurations, while manual setup leads to inconsistent experiences, low automation, and limited reusability.
Approach.
On top of building the Zennify base platform, a modular, containerized system that runs within cloud infrastructure and integrates tightly with Twilio. We set the stage for LLM orchestration, speech services, and configuration management - enabling adaptive, secure, and scalable deployment with minimal code. This positioned the company as the european market leader partnering with companies such as PMI, Nestlé, FlixBus, Quonomedical, Dr. Smile, Illy Café, IU, and many others.
